Tokens can lose all their value. A working contract, a locked pool or a successful simulation is not a guarantee of safety, demand or returns.
Token launches and trading
Creating a token is an irreversible on-chain action. Verify the network, contract, supply, distribution and fees before confirming. Transactions can fail and still consume gas. Bonding curves may not reach their target. Token-only liquidity does not guarantee immediate demand, meaningful liquidity or a stable market price.
Locked liquidity restricts withdrawal according to the pool contracts; it does not prevent price collapse, malicious token behavior, concentrated ownership, front-running or other losses. Anti-snipe controls are limited protections, not guarantees.
Contracts and external services
OpenFair, networks, wallets, RPC endpoints, indexers, bridges and exchanges are independent dependencies. Bugs, exploits, outages, governance changes or compromised frontends can cause loss or interrupt access. Verify addresses independently and use only funds you can afford to lose.
Bridging adds risks from both chains, message transport and the chosen provider. Check the destination network, exact asset, expected amount, fees and route before signing. Never send a token simply because its ticker matches.
Calculator limitations
Tools simplify real markets. Actual results may differ because of slippage, gaps, fees, tax rules, liquidity, funding, margin tiers, exchange calendars and execution policies. A stop order may not fill at its trigger price. Leverage magnifies losses. Hypothetical returns are not performance forecasts.
